Le num\u00e9rique repr\u00e9sente aujourd\u2019hui un levier majeur de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019int\u00e9gration professionnelle, en particulier pour la jeunesse africaine. Pourtant, dans des zones marginalis\u00e9es comme Goma, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux outils, aux comp\u00e9tences et aux accompagnements reste extr\u00eamement limit\u00e9.<\/p>

Pens\u00e9 comme un espace d\u2019apprentissage, d\u2019expression, de reconstruction et d\u2019innovation, ce centre proposera une offre \u00e9ducative et psychosociale compl\u00e8te, articul\u00e9e autour de plusieurs axes (ateliers de sensibilisation, cellules d\u2019\u00e9coute, d\u00e9couverte du num\u00e9rique\u2026) dont un volet important : l\u2019Esport, utilis\u00e9 ici comme outil d\u2019inclusion, de motivation et de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>

L\u2019Esport est devenu un sport \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, en passe d\u2019\u00eatre reconnu comme discipline olympique officielle. Outre son aspect ludique ou comp\u00e9titif, il permet de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9es dans le monde de l\u2019entreprise, comme la prise de d\u00e9cisions rapides, la communication, le travail d’\u00e9quipe, la gestion du stress et la capacit\u00e9 d’adaptation.<\/p>

En collaboration avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Congolaise Esports (FEDCES)<\/strong>, la Fondation BK\u00a0Lubamba\u2019Afrique projette de mettre sur pied un centre num\u00e9rique dans la ville de Goma, chef-lieu du Nord-Kivu, victime d\u2019une guerre qui a fait des milliers de morts et des millions de personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es depuis 2021, sans compter la menace constante que fait peser le volcan Nyiragongo, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une vingtaine de kilom\u00e8tres de la ville. Le centre sera dot\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements informatiques indispensables \u00e0 la pratique de l\u2019Esport et accueillera entre 100 et 200 joueurs d\u00e9butants ou amateurs. Ceux-ci b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de l\u2019encadrement de joueurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s mis \u00e0 disposition par la FEDCES.<\/p>
