En RDC, les deux tiers de la population ont moins de 24 ans. Ces jeunes doivent faire face \u00e0 un taux de ch\u00f4mage \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui les prive de toute vision d\u2019avenir et les condamne \u00e0 vivre au jour le jour. Afin de lutter contre ce manque de perspectives, la Fondation BK Lubamba\u2019Afrique met sur pied un programme pour les rendre autonomes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat, la formation, le mentorat et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi.<\/p>

Il vise \u00e0 former 240\u00a0jeunes en 2026 et d\u2019en impacter un millier sur cinq ans. Le projet est structur\u00e9 autour d\u2019un plan d\u2019action d\u00e9taill\u00e9 incluant des crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection \u00e9quitables, un mod\u00e8le de revenus diversifi\u00e9 et un cadre organisationnel solide. Les r\u00e9sultats attendus incluent la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois, la r\u00e9duction du ch\u00f4mage et un renforcement du tissu \u00e9conomique local gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2018entrepreneurs de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, \u00e0 la fois comp\u00e9tents, responsables et engag\u00e9s.<\/p>
